Fuzzy and Position Particle Swarm Optimized Routing in VANET

In Intelligent Transport Systems, traffic management and providing stable routing paths between vehicles using vehicular ad hoc networks (VANET's) is critical. Lots of research several techniques a long path lifetime have been presented to resolve this issue. However, the algorithms suffer excessive overhead or collisions when solving complex optimization problems. order improve efficiency performance in existing schemes, Position Particle Swarm Optimization based on Fuzzy Logic (PPSO-FL) method for VANET that provides high-quality communication nodes. The PPSO-FL has two main steps. first step selecting candidate nodes through collectively coordinated metrics fuzzy logic technique, improving packet delivery fraction, minimizing end-to-end delay. second construction an optimized model. model establishes optimal route position-based particle swarm optimization. proposed work simulated NS2 simulator. Simulation results demonstrate outperforms standard delay execution time scenarios.
